1. Enterprise Compliance Governance

Vysync Technologies Pvt. Ltd. engineers enterprise platforms and custom software architectures designed to satisfy stringent statutory, legal, and operational governance standards across international jurisdictions.

Whether delivering bespoke AI workflows or provisioning ready-to-deploy platforms like Vysync HRMS and Vysync CRM, our software adheres to privacy-by-design and compliance-by-default architecture.

2. General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR Compliance)

For clients, users, and data subjects residing in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland, Vysync complies fully with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR):

  • Role Distinction: When clients utilize Vysync software to manage their own workforce, leads, or patients, Client acts as the Data Controller, and Vysync operates as the Data Processor under strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
  • Lawful Basis & Transparency: We process personal information solely on validated lawful grounds: explicit consent, contractual performance, or statutory legal obligations.
  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs): Cross-border data transfers from the EEA or UK are governed by the European Commission's approved Standard Contractual Clauses ensuring equivalent protections.
  • Data Subject Rights Fulfillment: Our systems include native capabilities enabling data controllers to fulfill requests for access, rectification, data portability, and erasure ('Right to be Forgotten') within statutory 30-day windows.
  • Data Protection Officer (DPO): Direct access to our designated Data Protection Officer via sales@vysync.com for immediate supervisory or individual inquiries.

3. Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act, India)

As an Indian technology corporation headquartered in Bengaluru, Vysync strictly aligns with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023:

  • Consent Architecture: Platforms enforce granular, clear, and withdrawable consent before collecting non-essential personal identifiers.
  • Data Minimization: We collect only data strictly necessary for the specified operational purpose, purging records once the processing purpose is extinguished.
  • Grievance Redressal: Dedicated grievance mechanism with mandatory resolution timelines supervised by corporate leadership.

4. Workforce & HR Compliance (Vysync HRMS)

Vysync HRMS is engineered specifically to eliminate administrative compliance liabilities for human resource and people operations teams:

  • Statutory Reporting: Automated reconciliation for provident funds, tax withholdings, statutory leave balances, and overtime caps.
  • Tamper-Proof Audit Trails: Every clock-in, leave approval, salary adjustment, and candidate evaluation generates immutable audit log records.
  • Biometric & Identity Protection: Candidate resumes, identification documents, and bank details are isolated and encrypted under AES-256 with role-segregated access rules.

5. Sector-Specific Compliance (Healthcare & Fintech)

For specialized verticals, Vysync incorporates domain-specific compliance controls into the software baseline:

  • Healthcare (Healthinary Platform): Implements HIPAA-ready electronic medical record (EMR) safeguards, patient consent tracking, and PHI data tokenization.
  • Financial Transactions & Mobility: All credit card and payment processing integrates through certified PCI-DSS Level 1 service providers (Stripe, Razorpay, Cashfree). Vysync never stores raw cardholder numbers or CVVs.

6. Data Residency & Sovereign Cloud Deployment

We understand enterprise clients require sovereign control over where their data resides physically:

  • India Data Center Options: Primary and disaster recovery nodes hosted in AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) or GCP Delhi (asia-south2).
  • European Data Center Options: Dedicated EU data residency within AWS Frankfurt (eu-central-1) or AWS Ireland (eu-west-1) for GDPR isolation.
  • US Regional Hosting: AWS US-East (N. Virginia) and US-West (Oregon) deployments configured for North American enterprise clients.

7. Request a DPA or Compliance Audit Report

Enterprise clients may request our standard Data Processing Addendum (DPA), vendor security questionnaires, or architecture review reports:
