Certain Vysync platforms (such as HR Resume AI) generate predictions, shortlisting scores, or recommendations powered by machine learning algorithms. While we aim for high precision, these outputs are provided for informational assistance only. Users must perform independent verification before making final operational, personnel, or financial decisions.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vysync shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or operational interruptions) arising out of the use or inability to use our systems.

5. Governing Law
